Yep, ya girl has finally taken the plunge and got her first ever tattoo (sorry mum!). I’d been thinking about getting one for months, but when I took the plunge I went from having a chat with the tattoo studio one week to getting permanently inked the next!

Like a lot of people, I adore music. I listen to it when I wake up, when I’m travelling, even when I’m working sometimes. My favourite albums are constantly changing depending on what genre I’m into at the time, so I thought I’d get my current faves down in a post before they completely change again. Meditation is a word that’s always thrown around in the wellness community, but what does it actually involve? Meditation doesn’t have to be sitting in silence and reflecting on your life for half an hour; I mean it can if you want it to but there are other ways of meditating as well!
Emotions are weird. One day you can be feeling on top of the world, the next like utter rubbish. We all have to endure bad days sometimes, and it sucks. However, over my teenage years (where bad days were a plenty) I’ve picked up some tips and tricks to make the bad times a little less bad.
